This hotel truly impressed me! With impeccable grounds and a breakfast buffet boasting the kindest staff, I felt welcomed from start to finish. The colossal pool was where I spent most of my days, easing into relaxation. Fantastic dining options, including a lively bar with live music, made each evening memorable!

Check-in was slow and disorganized creating frustration. The rooms felt dated with a need for maintenance like cleaning the windows and maintaining the sealant in the bathrooms.

OMG, my recent stay was amazing! The breakfast buffet was super with attentive staff, and the pool area felt like a paradise – truly the biggest pool I've seen! I loved the cocktails and live band at the bar, which made everything feel special.

The facilities blew me away—massive pool, spa treatments, and a well-equipped gym. I had an very nice time at the pool bar, where the staff made me feel special and totally spoiled. Plus, they offer car services for your convenience.

Our stay was plagued by multiple issues. The main restaurant was closed for renovations, which left us with limited and uninviting dining options. I was eventually moved to another room that had leaks in the bathroom. We were very disappointed with the overall service and felt let down by the hotel.

During our three-night escape, we enjoyed the gorgeous pool views from our Superior King Room. Mr Okasha's quick service and friendly demeanor at the restaurant made our meals delightful! I highly recommend trying the breakfast buffet for a great start to each day.

The room was super clean with comfy beds and good air conditioning. I loved the outdoor swimming pool. it was massive with sun loungers everywhere. The breakfast buffet had fresh pastries, great coffee, and more traditional Ghanaian dishes. The staff were really friendly and attentive. Plus, there's a nice spa if you need to relax.

The bathroom fan needs immediate attention to prevent damp issues!!! The restaurant closure for renovations should be communicated prior to arrival!!! A more accessible transportation option like taxis readily available would be greatly appreciated!!!

I had a fantastic stay at the Moevenpick Ambassador Hotel. The breakfast buffet featured delicious freshly baked breads and rich coffee. The staff were cute and attentive. I wished the pool area stayed open later for evening swims.

The Superior King Room was spacious and pretty comfy. The bed was great for crashing after a long day. Amazing views, too! Just wish the windows took the whole 'open' thing more seriously. Overall, a nice place to stay!
